Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum is a huge time of transition for the whole family. It can be exhausting and beautiful all at the same time. It is crucial that new parents have the support they need, especially during the first few months home with their new family member! No one should do it alone, and YOU need to be nurtured just as much as your new baby needs to be cared for. Because of this, I provide postpartum support for new parents that can include light housework, meal prep, caring for siblings, caring for new baby while you nap, rest, shower, go grocery shopping, or whatever else you need to recharge. I also assist with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, clothing, diapering, bathing, and other newborn care basics. The investment in yourself and your family for postpartum services begin at $35/hour with a minimum requirement of 3 hours per visit. For families 45+ minutes away, a 4 hour minimum is required per visit. Overnights may be available on a limited basis. Birth and Postpartum Prep Coaching & Mentorship
Preparing for the day you give birth and bring home your new baby can feel overwhelming. Many parents walk away from their experiences wondering “why didn’t anyone tell me X,Y,Z?!” Have you ever wished you had a go-to expert to ask all of those random question to while you’re getting ready for your baby’s arrival? Someone to text and ask “what in the world is this test my doctor is talking about?” or “do I really need to buy that bottle warmer?”. If so, my birth and postpartum prep packages are just that for you. When we work together, I will be by your side to answer all of those questions, calm fears that bubble up, help you build a birth plan, or just listen to you vent on a bad day. Birth package includes unlimited texting or phone call access during business hours/days, regular check ins via Zoom or phone, access to my planning templates, and one processing session after your birth. Postpartum package includes unlimited texting or phone call access during business hours/days, regular check ins, 2 hours of in home meal prep + postpartum set up. You can choose from the birth only package, postpartum only package, or combo package of birth + postpartum prep, guidance, support, and information.
