What’s Included?
Accelerated Curriculum
To fit your busy life! You get 6 weeks of Evidence Based Birth ® Childbirth Class Curriculum in only 4 weeks. Need to re-watch a video in your EBB library? No worries! You have access to your EBB Parent Site for 3 months so you can re-watch and learn at your own pace. (Outline of the curriculum is below)
Comprehensive, Evidence Based Information
We cover so.much. Everything from comfort measures to interventions, to self advocacy and more. Each week you will watch EBB videos on your own, and come to class prepared to discuss and learn more. There are even bonus videos on breast/chestfeeding and newborn care!
Mentorship
This is not a typical class where I am instructing AT you. This class is designed for adult learners, where we work together side by side. You have access to me as a birth doula, postpartum doula, nanny, and EBB Instructor for any question or extra guidance you may want.
Community
As a part of any group class, you get the added bonus of learning alongside other expecting parents who have the same worries, questions, fears, and excitement as you!
